Auditions
Upcoming Audition Materials
Auditions will be held on December 2nd from 4-8:30pm.
Once you have fully registered, please email shorelinetheateracademy@gmail.com to reserve or email your audition.
We keep the auditions to small groups of 5 – 7 performers.
All auditions are approximately 30 minutes long.
We strive to keep auditions stress-free and non-competitive. While coming prepared with a song choice can boost your confidence, full memorization is not required.
Our goal is to foster a positive, respectful environment where everyone —from beginners to seasoned performers— can discover a love for theater, make friends, and have fun!
Auditions for The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition will be 12/15 & 12/17 from 4-8pm
Grades 4 and up: Performers can choose any song from either show with or without vocal backing that best represents your vocal range and character interests for either show.
Please prepare 1 – 2 minutes of a song of your choice.
If you aren’t sure, are new to performing or in the 5th or 6th grade, you can select the first couple of verses from a chorus.
